I am no longer certain that object B has overtaken object A. I based that conclusion on an observation by another observer, relayed by a third party, who apparently made a significant typographical error. I do not have time to re-visit my analysis today; in the meantime, please be aware that the positions are accurate, but the identities may need to be swapped. Observers should expect the objects to be running more than 3 mi early relative the epoch 03343.779 elsets. As for the bug in ObsReduce, I have corrected it, and have e-mailed a replacement exe file to known users of the program. I hope to make it generally available for downloading sometime tomorrow.
