Oops, in my haste, I'd responded to a direct email from John as if it were a
SeeSat-L post. Anyhow, I used an MCC TLE (and an altitude of 50 feet):

John is giving it a try; hopefully he'll be successful- it'll be interesting to
see how accurate these predictions are, since mere 10s of meters are
significant.
