The Centaur was only about 1 s early, but considerably off-track on my pass of 2003 Dec 03 at 23:13 UTC. Here is a revised elset, based upon the two points I obtained: NOSS 3-2 r 10.1 3.0 0.0 3.7 v 1 71003U 03054C 03337.95592455 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06 2 71003 63.5155 298.9298 0201663 175.2136 185.0881 13.40517262 00 I also obtained one accurate position for both NOSS payloads. They were about 5 s early, and less than 0.1 deg off track at about 45 deg elevation. After my next pass, I will post all of my observations, and updated elements.
