VAFB Atlas 2AS launch time confirmed

VAFB's Public Affairs Office has informed me that launch is scheduled for 2003
Dec 02 at 10:03 UTC.

That is exactly the time that had been rumoured, so the search elements I posted
Saturday remain in effect:

I will update the elements in the event that the launch occurs at some other
time. 

As with the similar 2001 launch, the launch window is likely to last about 12
minutes.
