Tonight we saw ISS for the first time from Seattle, through a hole
in the clouds. Using the following elset:

   ISS 20.0 4.0 0.0 1.0 d
1 25544U 98067A 98358.81627903 .00015620 00000-0 22832-3 0 1579
2 25544 51.5958 354.0086 0003531 303.3859 56.6752 15.55806168 5409

ISS was 10 seconds early. According to Satspy, it should have passed
Saturn at 6:03:12 PST, but we timed the passage by Saturn at 6:03:02.

As it passed between Jupiter and Saturn, its brightness was increasing,
and the magnitude appeared brighter than Saturn but less bright than
Jupiter (not a precise measurement!)
