Decay watch : Centaur R/B

USSPACECOM released this morning (UTC) a new prediction for the decay of the 
Centeur rocket body (SSC 22928):       
                    Dec 16, 17:29: UTC  +/- 23 hours
The last ELSET (98349.09990741) suggest with SGP4 and MPM an earlier decay
today Dec 15 around 14:00 UTC +/- 2 hours. An update will follows.
