David Hopkins has reported a couple of observations of an object on 2017 Aug 05, near 22:20 UTC, that correlates with OPTSAT 3000 (17044A / 42900). Magnitude was 6.5. It was about 8 s late and close to the track of the search TLE I posted on Aug 4.
