I was able to observe RadioAstron last night from about 12:30 AM
until about 12:50 AM CDT.  It was very bright at a range of 20,000 miles.
I estimated magnitude 10 or so.  It was very close to on time and on track.

However, I discovered today that my tle could not be used with a "normal"
prediction program that would use the SDP4 algorithm.  My tle was compatible
with the SGP4 algorithm, not the SDP4 algorithm.
