    On Aug 14, Gorizont 29 (22907) was flashing at about 56s period, and had for
    several days. Last night, it appeared to be flashing every 28s, though I
    didn't take many timings because I assumed it was the same as always.
    Hopefully, I can see it tonight and verify. Last time I saw it flashing:
