After a sunny, hot summer (but with blue nights as usual here)
we now have lots of clouds, wind and rain, especially nights.
Gone to sleep while completely overcast, I woke up at 01:30
local time, and found a clear sky (for half an hour or so, then
thin clouds and drifting dense clouds reappeared).
Five stray sats, five Perseids and two Cygnids (?!)
One of the strays was DELTA 2 DEB (DPAF) #27644 03002C
    at mag 3-4.
It is the only other object from ICESAT/CHIPSAT launch,
and has a substantial RCS, so it ought to be the rocket.

You may select to omit DEB objects on SpaceTrack, or use
other means to exclude them from predictions, but there are
more large objects that you would miss, e.g. Breeze Rk APT tanks (Kevin's
    favourites)
