SCC'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared August 13, 05:27 UTC - predicts
the decay on:
13 August, 15:49 UTC +/- 08 hours (29.3°N, 219.6°E) ascending over the Pacific.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04225.858... - 04226.103... (SFX 150, ap 010)
the decay on:
13 August, 15:54 UTC +/- 26 minutes (40.26°N, 233.94°E) also northbound near
the Californian coast If survived then crossing the continent to NE 
(Canada, Ontario region).
