They have found Ir5 again, at nominal positition (however this does not
preclude that a switch did occur). Elset 682 for IR5, and 533 for Ir51? are
"current" from Alan and OIG. I ran a prediction for me about the time that
the two will meet again, Aug.22 05 UTC. It shows that IR51 is within +-1 sec
on elsets 674-676 and 682. Note that there is a second, old, elset '0682', 5
seconds off 682. There are actually two series numbered 0... using slightly
higher ordinals than the 'main series'
Ir51? and erroneous (?) Ir5 elsets ALL fall into a 7-second interval, which
seems to prove that the old Ir5 has NOT moved to the Ir51 position - there
is no indication of using a particularly exact MM for spares.
