It appears that the OIG site has a protective anti-virus firewall around
it. It is being updated as normal and people within NASA are able to
access the material - but not people accessing from non-NASA
sites. Whether this is because of an actual virus attack or because OIG
believes that a serious one is possible I do not know at present.
And the OIG people seem to only work until early afternoon Eastern Time
which doesn't help when trying to contact them ......
Unfortunately I managed to miss the "window" when OIG1 was available
yesterday.
