I to haven't been able to access the oig server fro the last two days. Maybe 
they are doing some major work on it. Will have to wait and see.

I havent been able to reach OIG for over 24 hours now.
If there server stops, its usually up again by the time work starts
next day. Can anybody inform me whats up?
