elset was getting a little stale at +19 days.
it appeared ontrak and about 3.1 s early.
it seemed to have a regular flash period of about
1 s, but I was not exactly timing it for flash,
(I need another lesson from Ed :)
went from about +6.5 to +4.0
btw the new usa 159 r was NOT in the vicinity of OIG elset

or it was very faint for a supposedly bright rocket as I was
seeing to +7.8 at 0149:30 UT in the twilight -9.5 el, and I did
not see it -30 s +90 s of prediction. I know I should have more
patience, but the other night I looked -5 min +5 min and all I
got was a sore neck.
