Report time 11:50 UTC
1979-011A (#11266) Cosmos 1076
After a more then 12 hours interruption between SPACECOM and OIG now we have
fresh ELSET'S and the 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared 10:37 UTC -
shows the decay 10 August, 12:49 UTC +/- 02 hours (42.4°S, 217.5°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET 0122.417... the decay on
10 August, 13:42 UTC +/- 22 minutes (01.12°N, 30.33°E)
on a descending pass over Central Africa. But this is a quick result. I need
a little more time for an analysis of all the last released ELSET'S.
