1994-038E (#23172) Proton DM stage Auxiliary Motor

SPACECOM'S  6 HOURS BEFRORE DECAY message - prepared August 05, 06:56 UTC - 
shows the decay on    05 August, 13:12 UTC +/- 04 hours (29.7°N, 161.1°E)
on an northbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01217.048... 01217.254.... the decay
                      05 August, 12:41 UTC +/- 22 minutes (46.73°S, 53.94°E)
on an ascending pass over the Indian Ocean.
Around the decay window are two passes over the USA and Canada from NW to SE:

11:53 UTC (46.98°N, 121.61°W)  - 12:02 UTC (25.16°N, 77.32°W)
13:25 UTC (44.60°N, 122.43°W)  - 13:32 UTC (21.59°N, 92.29°W)
