Seen NOSS 2-3 in last two nights?

The last two nights I haven't been able to find NOSS 2-3 
(96-29C,D,E; 23908, 23862, 23936).  It puzzles me a little 
because just a few nights ago, as recently as August 1 UTC, 
the trailer and outlier were visible without magnification. 
Last night's conditions here were not too good, but the
previous evening was very nice except for the moonlight.  
Who can report obs. in last two nights?  Epoch of most 
recent elements I have is about 01209.096.
