SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared August 04, 00:05 UTC - shows the decay on
                      03 August, 23:35 UTC +/- 07 minutes (03.2°S, 355.2°E)
on an ascending pass over the Atlantic.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01215.754... - 01215.8716... the decay 
on                    03 August, 23:43 UTC +/- 22 minutes (02.67°S, 07.52°E)
on the same northbound pass over the Atlantic near the African coast.
