Hi all,

Just returned from an observing trip to Fort Davis, TX, and stumbled onto 
an unidentified flasher. At the time I thought it was likely one of the 
Starshine satellites, but it doesn't seem to have been. Can anyyone point 
me towards resources I could use to track down such a beast? I observed 2 
flashes, duration <1s, about mag. 3, and have time and date info. Where 
would I start looking?
