Boers from Naval Space Command and I have issued frequently predictions which appeared at the Starshine home page: http://www.azinet.com/starshine/starshine_reentry.html My fresh forecast (Epoch April 22, 03:38 UTC) shows 27 April, 00:06 UTC +/- 07 hours (NRLMSISE-00) 26 April, 22:56 UTC +/- 07 hours (Jacchia-70) My calculations were done with the two different atmospheric models. J.P. Boers prediction (Epoch April 22, 11:22 UTC) delivers: 27 April, 00:53 UTC We are using both the special perturbation technique.
