Saw both from Southern Calif beginning at 0352UT, which I believe was one rev after Sue and Ed's pass. By this time they were separated by about 15°-20°. Both appeared the same magnitude but near culmination the Shuttle seemed to have a little yellow coloration to it (could have been early stages of shadow entry). I've seen the Shuttle and ISS undocked before, but this is the closest I've seen two objects together in the sky that both had people on board, which added to the experience. One nice sight was a long flare from the ISS solar panels, seen through some trees, when it was rising at about 20° elevation; I'd guess about mag -2.
