1996-061A (#24645) SAC-B/HETE/PEGASUS

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared April 07,04:34 UTC shows the
decay on
   07 April, 03:55 UTC +/- 07 minutes (31.5°N, 92.4°E)
ascending over the mountain regions of China.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02096.994... 02097.118... 
(SFX 206, ap 006) finally the decay on
   07 April, 03:47 UTC +/- 07 minutes (14.85°N, 62.92°E)
also northbound over the Arabian Sea.
