MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02096.179...-02096.789...
(SFX 213, ap 009) the decay on
   07 April, 04:59 UTC +/- 33 minutes (30.67°S, 336.58°E)
also ascending over the South Atlantic.
