There is some info on the size of the various modules that make up the
    Shenzhou spacecraft.

    Info from here

    http://www.spacedaily.com/news/china-02zf.html

    Orbital Module

The module is 2.8 meters long with a diameter of 2.25 meters

    Descent Module

2.059 meters long with the largest diameter at the base at 2.5 meters

    Propulsion Module

2.94 meters long with the widest diameter of 2.8 meters

So the orbital module would appear approx 0.59 arc seconds in length and
0.47 arc seconds in diameter if view at a range of 1000 KM.

Since the orbital module and propulsion module are join together

    Then

    Combined they would appear approx

1.21 arc seconds in length, and 1.13 arc seconds in width at a range of 1000
    KM.

Interesting, even if I can't see detail on them.
