Acceleration Report objects

Observations were made this past night of two of the four objects on the 
recent acceleration report:

14760/Cosmos 1538R was observed at 0950UT and tracked for a 4 minute 
interval. There was no sign of variation.

84- 19B 96-04-10 09:50   PM                          S, +4.5 fading slowly 
to +6

18749/Cosmos 1908R was observed at 0242UT and tracked for 2.3 minutes. There 
was no sign of variation.

88-  1B 96-04-10 02:42    PM                          S, +6 slowly rising to 
+5
