For several months Kosmos 2535 (obj 44421), Kosmos 2536 (obj 44424) and Kosmos 2543 (obj 44835) have been experimenting with close proximity and docking operations. After the Kosmos 2543 'inspector' satellite inspected Kosmos 2535 it is now drifting away. But Kosmos 2536 maneuvered towards Kosmos 2535 and has spent the last couple of weeks very close to Kosmos 2535. Possibly it even docked with Kosmos 2535. As TLEs are not accurate enough to determine whether or not a docking has been carried out, it would be interesting to determine this through visual/optical observations. So if some observers would like to help with this, that could give some insight into the experiments that are being carried out with these Kosmos satellites.
