"16 Sep 18, 2340z) 18 SPCS at the CSpOC has updated the predicted a close
approach between two, large, non-maneuverable objects to a probability of
collision of 28.9% at 14:02z on 17 Sep 2018. 18 SPCS continues to monitor the
event closely and will provide updates as available"
