4541 SATOBS 25 SEP 2016 OTV 4 NO SHOW.

Back to site 4541 (Rome) from my two weeks of annual mud-baths at ABANO
(PADOVA),
this morning I tried to observe OTV 4.

25 Sep,  site 4541,  predicted exit from eclipse 03:30:05   27°/166°  (Mike
elset 16261.6899).
Well:
- very clear sky and splendid dawn;
- unfortunately  OTV 4 no show ( I tracked OTV4 orbit -15 min / + 45 min,
from 03:15 to 04:20).
