Subject: Unknown satellite high speed bright

Hi Everyone,

A bright satellite, of magnitude -2 to 1, varying, just flew over
Placerville, CA, from WNW to SSE, directly overhead, at a speed relative to
the ISS of 3 to 4 times. Overhead 20-SEP-2016 at 19:55 PDT (21-SEP-2016
02:55 Z)

Heavens-Above shows nothing of it.

What in the world is it?

Please help. I saw it last night at 03:05Z.

Thanks.

Jim
