Ofeq 11 was launched from the Israeli Air Force Palmachim Base on 2016 Sep 13 at 14:30 UTC.

If the trajectory is the same as that of Ofeq 10, then the rocket body is in the following approximate orbit. The Epoch
is at the first apogee after launch.

Ofeq 11 rocket body 262 X 613 km
1 71990U 71990A 16257.64035880 .00428326 00000-0 24500-2 0 08
2 71990 140.9182 291.8143 0257161 64.1433 180.3602 15.43858105 04

At first apogee, the payload should have raised its perigee, resulting in the following approximate orbit.

Ofeq 11 334 X 613 km
1 71991U 71991A 16257.64035881 .00151349 00000-0 24500-2 0 09
2 71991 140.9182 291.8143 0203600 64.1433 180.3602 15.31782000 01

The payload reportedly reached orbit, but was not operating properly. This raises doubt that it performed the
perigee-raising manoeuvre. Prospective observers should consider searching both of the above orbits.
