LB Obs Sep 05-06 night with 10033, 28888 and 29363

A nice night with some periods with light haze and or thin clouds.
I went to sleep at 21:15 UT with the camera running.
When coming back after a some hours sleep I noticed the timer program
that tells the mount steering program when and where to point the
camera next had a malfunction around 00:40 UT. Camera stayed at the
last point and only a few srays and one classified satellite was imaged
till I reset the timer at 02:50 UT.

It looks like 28888 had a light manoeuvre.
Also 39232 was almost 9 sec early on 3 day old TLE.
IGS O2, 29363 was 111 sec early and more than 3 deg off track.

Possibly imaged Jawsat 00 004E; not seen for 386 days.

Several satellites have higher residuals; see below.
