Here is an image taken by the allsky-camera of Hankasalmi observatory,
Finland.

http://www.taivaanvahti.fi/images/uploads/201608/56410_b829f27e24dea4426d21359f5ef89a96.jpg

The 60s image is taken 2016-08-30 22:57 UTC.
Site location: 62,2584°N, 26,6174°E

The direction matches with NOSS 2-1 but not the time or position. Maybe an
orbit change?

arto

ps. the star marked "Markab" is actually Alpheratz (alpha And), The
satellites are close to gamma Peg.
