I offer my spreadsheet for calculating the mean local time of the ascending and descending node:

It contains numerous examples, which may be deleted or edited.

Most of the columns are descriptive. The essential ones are:

Col 3 input epoch, in TLE format
Col 4 input RAAN, deg
Col 6 MLTAN (call to VBA macro)
Col 7 MLTDN
