As I pointed out in an earlier mail: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Sep-2015/0113.html ...the expectation would be for MUOS 4 to eventually go to 75 E. The current stationary character at 72 W suggests it currently is stationkeeping in a check-out position. In this position it is in reach of grounds stations at Hawaii, Australia and California.
