Observations with the 0.51-m telescope of MPC Q65 Warrumbungle, Australia.
Very bright trail. Combination with my earlier 16 Sep observations here:

...shows that the object is not notably drifting, but stationkeeping at 172 W.

As I pointed out in an earlier mail:

...the expectation would be for MUOS 4 to eventually go to 75 E.

The current stationary character at 72 W suggests it currently is stationkeeping 
in a check-out position. In this position it is in reach of grounds stations at 
Hawaii, Australia and California.
