Dear Alain, It looks like you took photos of USA-198 #32378. I hope somebody from SeeSat-L could correct me if I'm wrong. The trajectory looks in Heavensat like on photo but the sat is ~1.8 minutes late against future elset of epoch 15249.84376852 and ~1.5 min late against 15253.83175366 TLE. Newer TLE was available in classfd-file on September 08 maybe a day after computation of preliminary orbital parameters by Alain Grycan (previous elset is from March 07).
