The final USSTRATCOM TIP message before the re-entry of 15030B / 40702, predicts impact on 2015 Sep 08, near 00:09 UTC
over the Mediterranean Sea at 34.4 N, 21.9 E. The track will be northbound.

If it survives a bit longer, then it will continue over the Ionian and Adriatic seas, near the coast of Greece and
Albania.

If it decays a bit earlier, then it will occur over Libya.

Of course, the TIP could prove way off. The earlier prediction for decay west of South Africa near 01:17 UTC is still
possible.

The following TLE yields realistic look-angles in the event the decay occurs near the Mediterranean.

1 70001U 15251.00486111 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06
2 70001 97.1949 14.9015 0015679 62.6950 335.4746 16.75000000 06
