USA 186 was 30s late just now: manoeuvre?

Folks,

USA 186 (2005-042A) appears to have made a small manoeuvre in the past few days.

I had it about 30.7 seconds late with respect to Mike's 3-day-old elset 
14257.81387352 this evening near 19:32 UT (Sep 17).

More precise data will follow after I have properly measured all the images (the 
value above is from one image - a very nice one where it is closely along Yaogan 
11).
