AMS event 2142 = OTV3 re-entry?

This is just slightly educated speculation on my part,
but at about 6:00 AM local (Pacific Daylight) time on
September 12, many people saw a fireball moving right
to left as seen from the San Francisco Bay area.  I
did a quick check of heavens-above.com and found that
it had an OTV3 (X37-B) prediction for one hour earlier.
I don't know where the plasma-trail part of its track
would have been.  It would have to have been southbound
towards Vandenberg, of course.  AMS is American Meteor
