    The propagated RAAN is in the vicinity of an object we have not seen in more than two years:
    
    1 90082U 08731A   11110.44535071  .00000100  00000-0  00000-0 0    05
    2 90082  63.8281 348.1268 6836937 257.0299  24.2251  2.00633445    00
    
    Their ascending nodes also are similar.
    
    I cannot account for the difference in argument of perigee; perhaps due to a manoeuvre?
    
    We have considerable optical history of 90082, which will help to determine whether 99069 at least belongs to the same
    class of object.
