In the evening, Sep 27, 2013 this year 17:30 UTC I saw two bright flares
of the North Korean satellite. The brightness of flares I appreciated
about 3m and 4m. Satellite flares in the constellation Cassiopeia. At the
minimum brightness of the satellite was not visible. Duration of flares
was no more than 1-2 seconds. During flares, while the satellite was
visible, had noticed that the speed of its movement relative to the stars
was pretty quick. Observed in a small pair of binoculars.
