Classified launch on september 10th?

Dear all,

An automatic time lapse camera recorded what looks to me like a classified US launch from the island of La Palma 
(28.7340°N, 17.8803°W),  on  september 10 th  2013, 21:23 UT. Camera  was looking due west.

No official launch report exist between september 7th or 11th.

Any guess?
