    NOTES:
    ------
    (1) I finally caught Kevin's July 25th unknown [99212/13706B]! Using
Mike's elsets from earlier this evening I aimed at where it rose
above 20 deg elevation, predicted at a range of 4700km. Initially
nothing was seen, but repositioning the camera I caught it faintly
at ranges from 5300 to 8400 km. It seemed slightly variable, and
definitely fainter than what Kevin has been seeing. Finally we've
broken the 6 day repeating degeneracy and confirm my and Mike's
earlier guesses of 14 revolutions over 6 days (2.34 revs/day). It
also suggests that the object was too faint for me when I tried it
        on September 2: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Sep-2013/0022.html
    (2) USA 186 [28888/05042A] gave a triple flare when it came out of
        eclipse.

    Regards,
       Cees
