USSTRATCOM has catalogued the second NOSS 3-6 payload as 12048P / 38773, and as usual for 3rd generation NOSS, falsely
identified it as a piece of debris of the first payload. I am reissuing my earlier TLE, with the official catalogue
    number:

    1 38773U 12048P 12263.46712754 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06

Observations of USA 237 by Marco Langbroek, Greg Roberts and Peter Wakelin, between 2012 Sep 14 and 19 UTC, reveal it
    was synchronous, near 47.74 E.
