I just returned from my local astronomy club and saw it is mostly clear sky. I want to prepare an early morning observation session, including the main NROL-36 objects. I therefore need recent TLEs as I have not the skill to derive those myself. They may be approximate. If not availabe I shall use the search elements and apply a larger search window. Any suggestion for narrowing this window might be helpful. I forgot to mention that when I observed the Centaur rocket this past morning it was about 74 seconds early with respect to the search elements provided by Ted Molczan.
