On Sep.3 I was trying to image IGS 1A and 5A in one 10s, 11.7 by 20.8 deg exposure. But apparently my aiming was poor - 5A was above the top right-hand corner when it started. OTOH I got a bonus - METEOR 1-11 #05917 and the SL-8 R/B #29659 (both unseen!) were also in the image (soon to be in my Facebook album, along with the IGS 1A reduction). I have detected stars down to magnitude +10.8 in the image. The 2-sec self timer was used to minimize shaking. The image scale is 192 px/deg IOD format observation: 27698 03 009A 5919 G 20120903201319020 27 25 2209096+340698 37 S satobs.org/position/IODformat.html explains coding. -- ---------------------------------------- Björn Gimle, COSPAR 5919 59.2576 N, 18.6172 E, 23 m Phone: +46 (0)8 571 43 312 Mobile: +46 (0) 704 385 486 _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-l
