    TACSAT-4 successfully launched from Kodiak, Alaska 7:49AM local / 15:49 UTC 
    (Initial orbit 185 km x 12050 km @ 63.4 deg according to nasaspaceflight.com.)

    Expected to evolve as below:
    
    "TacSat 4 will fire its thrusters for a checkout burn about an hour  and 45 
    minutes into the mission, then again later today to raise the low  point of its 
    orbit from about 100 miles to more than 400 miles in  altitude."
    
    According to this briefing it is designed for 4-hour orbits at 300 nm x 6600 nm:

    according to various sites will be dwelling over the Middle East/Afghanistan.
