My final analysis - based on the ELSETs 11266.866... - 11267.048 delivers the decay on 24 September, 04:15 UTC +/- 09 minutes 29.33° N, 216.92°E over the Pacific. BTW: I have omitted the last ELSET 11267.109... from my calculation. The long experience has shown that very near decay ELSETs tends to shift the decay time somewhat forward.
