1991-063B (#(21701) UARS USSTRATCOM posted on 23 September. 15:33 UTC posted the decay on: 24 September,03:34 UTC +/- 09 hours descending over 36°S, 54.8°E (Indian Ocean, SE of Madagascar). I had now a close look on the up and downs of the ballistic coefficient during the last days and calculated a new mean minimum cross section. There is a lot noise in this data. A further shift of the decay onward is possible With the derived parameter my program delivers: 24 September, 03:46 UTC +/- 90 minutes ascending over 56.91°S, 121.14°E (Indian Ocean) Let us look and see....
