The ground track shows it decaying at the above time, over the South Pacific, on a track moving toward Mexico, the South Central U.S.A, the North East of the U.S.A and Canada, across the Atlantic, then over the U.K. and Central Europe. So, it need only survive a bit longer, to given millions of folks a definite slim chance at seeing it. But keep in mind that the stated uncertainty is +/- 7 hours.
